In response to customer requests, we have changed our use policy on all of our royalty-free sound effects packages (Concept:FX vol. 1, Concept:FX2, Concept:FX3, and Concept:hits#1 - hereafter "sound effects") as follows:
1) Purchasers MAY use sound effects on networked computers.
All previous parts of our policy are still in effect. Bottom line: our sound effects are royalty free and MAY be used in projects that are broadcast, synchronized to visuals, computer games, web sites, music, and public performances. My goal was to make sounds that are inspiring, useful and an asset to your production work. If you have any questions, please contact me at (813) 991-4117.
